1. Transport equipment operation and maintenance section - SEIUT
organizes, coordinates, verifies, guides, controls and is responsible for the proper conduct of activities, according to the attributions and responsibilities provided for in this regulation, in the normative acts in force or ordered by the head of the institution and for the administration of material, financial and human resources in the managed organizational structure;
is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the Internal Management Control System, in order to ensure quality management within the managed organizational structure;
2. Roads, bridges, road and pedestrian crossings operation and maintenance section - SEIDPPRP
administers, organizes, monitors and highlights monthly collections of the value of rents from commercial spaces related to the University Passage, as well as the breakdown and collection of the corresponding utility value;
takes all necessary steps in collaboration with the specialized service in order to enforce those who do not honor their contractual obligations;
ensures, based on shift work schedules approved monthly by the head of the institution, the permanence of the activities carried out in the road passages: Unirii, Victoria, Lujerului and Jiului Scanteiai;
collaborates with the technical deputy general director 3 in developing annual maintenance and repair programs regarding ensuring the necessary supply of human resources, protective equipment and occupational health, the functioning of subordinate activities and personnel, within the limits of the budget credits allocated for this purpose;
performs routine maintenance work on electrical, lighting, ventilation and drilling systems in retention and sewage basins, sanitation in order to exploit the road passages under administration in maximum safety and permanently, according to the approved work programs;
carries out periodic inspections of electrical power supply installations, rainwater drainage systems and railings, according to approved programs;
performs routine maintenance work on the components of bridges and road crossings (washing, painting, railings, etc.)
ensures permanence and intervenes promptly in cases of breakdown of the electrical power supply installations, the pumping unit and the rainwater discharge systems;
collaborates with specialized services within the administration in order to ensure the legal framework regarding the collection and discharge of wastewater from retention basins into the APA NOVA network;
carries out repair and routine maintenance works on the roadway with asphalt or paving of various types, joint filling, sealing, etc., on the road networks under administration;
carries out repair and routine maintenance work on curbs, sidewalks, squares with asphalt or paving on the street networks under administration;
3. Road Signaling Light Systems Maintenance Section - SISLSR
organizes, coordinates, verifies, guides, controls and is responsible for the proper conduct of activities, according to the attributions and responsibilities provided for in this regulation, in the normative acts in force or ordered by the head of the institution and for the administration of material, financial and human resources in the managed organizational structure;
ensures the operation of the traffic light signaling systems at the appropriate technical parameters in collaboration with the traffic police, the traffic control center and the specialized service, by permanently monitoring their operating status, in which the department ensures, based on work schedules and shifts approved monthly by the head of the institution, the permanence of the activity;
collaborates and provides specialized technical assistance to contracting companies regarding the modernization of road traffic light systems, according to the strategy and programs approved by the administration management;
performs routine inspection and maintenance work to keep road traffic light systems in working order and intervenes promptly to remedy any malfunctions that occur, eliminate the effects of breakdowns, car accidents, etc.;
ensures the permanence of its own dispatch center, which collaborates with the dispatch center within the administration and the traffic control center regarding notifications from police bodies and citizens, regarding various defects, malfunctions, damages, destruction of road signaling equipment
organizes, coordinates, verifies, guides, controls and is responsible for the proper conduct of activities, according to the attributions and responsibilities provided for in this regulation, in the normative acts in force or ordered by the head of the institution and for the administration of material, financial and human resources in the managed organizational structure;
4. Traffic Safety Systems Maintenance Section - SISSC
organizes. coordinates. verifies, guides. controls and is responsible for the proper conduct of activities, according to the attributions and responsibilities provided for in this regulation, in the normative acts in force or ordered by the head of the institution and for the administration of material, financial and human resources in the managed organizational structure;
is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and development of the Internal Management Control System in order to ensure quality management within the managed organizational structure;
coordinates, verifies, guides and is responsible, within the limits of his/her competences, for the proper organization and functioning of the maintenance and repair activities under his/her supervision, namely:
1. road sign activity;
2. road marking activity;
carry out installation, dismantling and maintenance work on road signs, pedestrian protection railings, ornamental posts to block access to the sidewalk by vehicles, speed limiters, according to annual programs approved by orders of the head of administration or the technical director;
carry out road marking works in complete safety for road traffic and the executing workers, according to technical requirements, in accordance with approved programs;
executes, in collaboration with the specialized service within the administration, display works, advertising, maintenance and current repairs of display boards;
monitors and verifies how subordinate personnel quantitatively and qualitatively fulfill their assigned tasks, the classification and compliance with work schedules, working conditions, and their contractual rights and obligations;
ensures the monthly, weekly, or, as the case may be, daily (operative) scheduling of the activities carried out by subordinate personnel in collaboration with the technical director;
monitors and verifies the rhythmic provision of technical and material supplies (raw materials, materials, fuels, lubricants, etc.), necessary for the current and future performance of activities carried out by subordinate personnel;
is responsible for the quantity and quality of the work performed by subordinate personnel, for compliance with the normal consumption norms of raw materials, materials, fuel, equipment, and pre-established labor force;
prepares daily and monthly reports on subordinate activities and is responsible for the correctness and legality of daily and monthly activities and the inclusion in the consumption of raw materials, materials, equipment, etc., which he submits for approval to the technical director.
monitors and ensures the operative solution of various problems and deficiencies arising within the activities and subordinate personnel, in collaboration with the technical director;
collaborates with the director of the department in developing annual execution programs, ensuring the necessary supplies, human resources, occupational health and safety, the internal functioning of subordinate activities and personnel, within the limits of the budget credits allocated for this purpose;
